Welcome to USA Payments! With just a few quick steps, you’ll be able to start collecting ACH and card payments directly from your Pipedrive deals—no developers or code required.
Head to the Pipedrive Marketplace and search for USA Payments.
Click Install to begin. After installation, you’ll be automatically redirected to grant permissions.
To connect your Pipedrive account with USA Payments, you need to authorize the integration.
When prompted, click “Allow and Install”. You’ll then see a confirmation screen that says “OAuth Completed.”
In Pipedrive, click the puzzle piece icon in the top-right toolbar. From there, select USA Payments.
Once inside the app, open the Settings page and enter your API Keys to authenticate your account.

Choose whether to absorb processing fees or pass them to the customer. You can configure this:
Globally (for all deals)
Per individual deal (if needed)
To make the USA Payments widget visible in every deal:
Go to your Deals list in Pipedrive
Click on a specific deal
On the right-hand sidebar, click the “+” icon or select “Manage Sidebar”
Find and enable “USA Payments Payment Collection”
Once enabled, the widget will appear in each deal’s detail view, making it easy to send payment links without leaving your CRM.
Reload the page and you’ll now see USA Payments inside your deal views. From here, you can:
Send payment requests (ACH or Card)
Track payments in real time
Close deals faster with fewer tools
